20Twenty Productions, Trinity Champion Centre Status
20Twenty Productions, while being the curator of Neurons, is also extremely proud of its Arts Award programmes which have earned them Trinity Champion Centre status for two years in a row. Trinity Champion Centres inspire existing and potential centres by sharing their practice and advocating for the qualifications in their communities and more widely.Champion Centres are recognised by Trinity for their successful delivery of our qualifications. As one of just ten Trinity Champion Centres in the country, 20Twenty Productions endeavours to build Arts Award into every project. Neurons is no exception. This helps young people gain qualifications through extra curricular activities whilst making us one of the top three Arts Award delivery organisations or schools across the country. Designed to encourage anyone aged up to 25 to grow as artists and arts leaders, inspires connectivity and participation in the arts industry, ranging from fashion, to digital art, pottery to events management, music and more. Arts participation is vital, such participation helps children develop the essential skills necessary for our children's future.
What is Arts Award?
The following information, and much more, is available on the Arts Award website.
Arts Award is a range of unique qualifications open to anyone aged up to 25. Through Arts Award, children and young people develop creative and critical skills, set themselves challenges, explore the arts, share their achievements and can gain a recognised qualification. The framework can be used in a wide range of settings.
Arts Award's mission is to support children and young people to enjoy the arts, to connect with and take part in the wider arts world, and develop creativity, communication and leadership skills. Arts Award reflects many different interests and ambitions, encourages individual development and helps children and young people to define their creative futures.
